2. Accuracy & Fact-Checking
Trust is our currency. Our editorial process involves a rigorous multi-tier verification system:
Verification: All facts, statistics, and quotes are verified against primary sources (official filings, direct interviews, or government data) before publication.
Sourcing: We prioritize on-the-record sourcing. When anonymous sources are necessary to protect the subject or reveal critical truths, they are vetted by at least two senior editors.
Attribution: We clearly attribute information to its original source if it was not gathered by our own reporters.
3. Corrections Policy
We are committed to correcting errors promptly and transparently.
Reporting Errors: Readers can report factual errors by emailing media@commercechronicle.com.
Correction Format: If a substantive error is made, we will update the article and append a “Correction” note at the bottom of the story detailing the error and the date of the fix.
Retractions: In rare cases where a story is fundamentally flawed, we will retract it with a full explanation.

No Pay-for-Play: We do not accept payment in exchange for news coverage. Sponsored content is strictly labeled as “Sponsored” or “Partner Content” and is produced separately from our newsroom.
Gifts & Financial Interests: Our reporters and editors are prohibited from accepting gifts, travel, or accommodation from the companies or individuals they cover. They are also required to disclose any financial holdings that may present a conflict of interest.

In an era of generative AI, we maintain human oversight over our journalism.
Human Authorship: All analysis, opinion, and investigative reporting are written by human journalists.
AI Tools: We may use AI tools for data processing, transcription, or SEO optimization (such as metadata generation). However, AI-generated content is never published without human review for accuracy, tone, and bias.
Image Disclosure: Any AI-generated images used for illustration will be clearly captioned as “AI-Generated.”

, a private entity based in Business Centre,Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Our revenue is derived from advertising, and events. Our ownership structure does not influence our editorial decision-making.
